Sony transfers VHS to DVD

For those who are still living in the past, I’m sure that you cling onto your VHS collection without showing any signs of letting go. Sony wants you to make that leap to DVD (although HD DVD and Blu-ray are slowly encroaching upon DVD’s territory) with this One Touch VHS-to-DVD unit. All you need to do is pop in your ageing VHS tapes (if they’re still working and are not moldy that is) and a blank DVD, press a button, and see everything transferred to a digital media. Heck, it even goes so far as to upscale video to 720p/1080i. You can pick this up this August, but the sticker price of $400 is rather off putting. Ah well, the price to pay for preserving your favorite memories.

Here are tons of great pics of the Sony Ericsson P1. The pics here really make the phone shine. I can’t help thinking that this phone would be even greater with different color choices. The price of this phones have dropped to around the 550$ (it started at around 700-800$). Too bad it doesn’t have HSDPA, GPS or tv out. Enjoy the pics!

Here are some great shots of the recently released Sony Ericsson W580. This is the first time I saw the box and I must say i wasn’t really impressed. I expected a nice kick ass box but then again it’s a mid end phone so SE don’t usually put too much effort in it. This grey version of the W580 looks really nice. The turquoise logo with the cool grey is done nicely. I might consider getting
